1. Sportsmanship
- No toxicity, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
- Respect your opponents — win or lose with grace.
- No excessive taunting, griefing, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Accept match outcomes. Elo changes are final.
2. Fair Play
- No cheating, hacking, or modified clients that provide an unfair advantage.
- No exploiting bugs or glitches — report them to staff instead.
- No abusing game mechanics (e.g. leaving arena boundaries, stalling).
- Illegal items are automatically removed during matches by our anti-cheat system.
3. Matchmaking Integrity
- No Elo boosting or win-trading with other players.
- No intentional throwing or deliberately losing matches.
- No queue sniping or colluding to manipulate matchmaking.
- Matches shorter than 15 seconds do not count for Elo (except disconnects).
4. Alt Accounts
- Alt accounts used to manipulate Elo ratings are banned on detection.
- Players from the same IP cannot queue against each other.
- You may only play ranked on one account.
5. Communication
- Keep chat respectful and constructive.
- No spam, advertising, or self-promotion.
- No impersonating staff or other players.
- English is the primary language in global chat.
6. Consequences
Violations are handled on a progressive scale based on severity:
| Level | Action | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | Verbal warning from staff | Minor chat offenses, accidental rule breaks |
| Temp Ban | 1–7 day ban from ranked | Repeated toxicity, minor exploiting, queue abuse |
| Extended Ban | 14–30 day ban from ranked | Win-trading, Elo boosting, repeated offenses |
| Permanent Ban | Permanent removal from ranked | Cheating, hacking, severe harassment, ban evasion |
Staff decisions are final. If you believe a ban was issued in error, contact an admin.
7. Disconnect Policy
- Disconnecting during a match counts as a forfeit — your opponent wins.
- Elo is always deducted for disconnects, regardless of match duration.
- A 3-second cooldown is enforced between queue attempts to prevent abuse.
- Repeated rage-quitting may result in temporary queue bans.
